PartSnap’s privacy policy allows for the retention of any information entered through the PartSnap website including the name, email, addresses, payment history and CAD files submitted by its customers. 

By entering your information on the PartSnap website, you accept to receive a periodic newsletter and other support emails from PartSnap.  You are able to unsubscribe from these emails at any time through a link at the bottom of the email itself.

Shared Information

PartSnap does not sell or rent any user information to third parties. As orders are carried out, some information will be transferred to vendors of PartSnap such as credit card processors and shipping parties.

We may also share your information for the following situations:

  • To comply with legal, regulatory, judicial, or administrative obligations
  • To detect, avoid or process situations of fraudulent activity, security alerts or technical error
  • To protect PartSnap, its users and the public from perceived copyright infringements or other legal issues

Modifying or Deleting Your Personal Data

You are able to verify and modify your personal data at any time from your My Account page. 

To completely erase all designs and STL files, visit your Parts Library and select ‘Bulk Delete ALL FILES’ from the drop-down menu at the top left of the page.  This action cannot be reversed; and your files cannot be recovered.

Security Measures and Updates

Data Security

Our site uses a current SSL certificate with HTTPS encryption.  Likewise, we use vendors that all adhere to similar security measures in an effort to prevent unauthorized access, modification or divulgence your data.

Payments are processed by Stripe, PayPal or Amazon.  By paying online, you agree to transmit your data to those vendors where PartSnap has no control over your data.
